Even these photos are a week old
At least I svended it for the pictures.
It’s a 2013 Volvo S80 T6 with ~50k miles. My impressions since I’ve had it? Well it’s comfy and overall it’s a really nice way to sit in traffic on the way to work. Also, having peak torque from 2100 rpm is pretty nice, I think the 3.0l I6 suits the car really well. It’s obviously not the most exciting thing to drive but I’ve always had a soft spot for big cushy cars and I’m happy I bought it.
However, if this comes up for sale you already know I won’t hesitate to dump the swede:

Sweet! I love that version of the S80 and it’s so comfy. Good color too.

Congratulations, but more importantly, I haven’t seen an Inca Gold PT Cruiser in ages.

People harp on the PT Crusier, but I’ve never minded them....especially in that color! Reminds me of the original Pronto Cruiser prototype:
Congrats on the new Volvo! :D

You take that back

There was an Inca Gold W rangler for sale at a dealership near me. It took a lot of willpower to avoid it. It’s a great color on the right vehicle.

I-6s are so cool!

6/10, not a V8 S80.

I know, they were super tempting! Unfortunately they stopped making them after 2010 and I didn’t want to go that old.

I don’t know if I’ll take it back but I’ll let you know how I feel about it after the first snowstorm.

I might consider a used AWD Volvo as an additional car within the next two years. Do you have to put the fob in that hole for the car to start, or can you leave the fob in a bag and push the button to start? It it’s the former, then it’s a deal breaker on otherwise interesting cars (eyeing XC60’s and S60’s).

On mine you can leave it in your pocket, but it was an option. Look for the lock buttons on the exterior door handles to see if a car has it.

Awesome, thank you! I was worried it was one of those two-part systems like older Mercedes and Volkswagens.
It’s time to look for S60’s. I like the keyless buttons on all four doors.

v70s and xc70s are also worth a look, they’re basically the wagon/lifted wagon version of the s80 (v70s weren’t sold in the US after 2010 though). The s80 really isn’t much bigger than the s60, you basically just get a few extra inches of legroom in the back and a few extra cubic feet of trunk space.

They’ve had it as long as I can remember (at least 10 years or so). Honestly, they might be the origin al owners.

The S60 Inscription provides that yummy legroom at a smaller length, thankfully.
